directions-
lash lift: apply a pea shaped amount of step 2 neutralising cream to a micro brush or cotton swab. Apply a line of step 2 neutralising cream from the root to the centre section of the lashes where step 1 lifting cream was previously applied. Do not apply to the base or the tips of the eyelashes. Wait for 5-8 minutes. Remove step 2 neutralising cream once processing time is complete
brow lamination: apply step 2 neutralising cream to a micro brush or cotton swab and apply generously to the brows to throughly saturate the hair, just like you did with step 1 lifting cream. Waiting for 8-10 minutes. Remove step 2 neutralising cream once processing time is complete
